Once connected, the page will display the balance of the older tokens available for upgrade in your wallet. Ensure this balance is correct and that you're comfortable proceeding.
Click the "Upgrade Tokens" button.
A confirmation will pop up in your wallet, asking you to authorize and confirm the migration transaction. Make sure to review any gas fees associated with this.
